Until the end of the world
Directed by Viggo Mortensen and starring him alongside Vicky Krieps and Solly McLeod, Until the End of the World is set in the 1860s in the United States and tells the story of Vivienne Le Coudy and Holger Olsen.
Vivienne Le Coudy is French-Canadian and Holger Olsen is Danish, and their respective stories intersect when they meet in the city of San Francisco. When they later move to a remote area of Nevada to start their life together, their differences come to light: Holger seems content to live a simple life, while Vivienne wants to bring vitality to her routine. Due to his friction, he disappears from his home for several years, leaving his wife to survive on his behalf in a city marked by corruption and insensitivity: something that threatens what they have built. However, an incident will change everything and force both of them to meet again.
A radiant sun
Directed by Mònica Cambra and Ariadna Fortuny, Un Sol Radiant introduces us to Mila, her older sister and her mother, who spend a few days isolated from the madding crowd in a country house. Furiosa: from the Mad Max saga
Tomorrow, Furiosa, a prequel to Mad Max: Fury Road directed by George Miller and starring Anya Taylor-Joy, Chris Hemsworth and Tom Burke, opens in our cinemas. The film places us in a post apocalyptic world where everything has lost its value and the few survivors are guided by the law of the fittest.
Without appreciation for life, the only thing that arouses brutal interest is gasoline, synonymous with power and target of gangs armed to the teeth and without scruples. In this context we will learn the story of the captivatingly ruthless, wild and young Furiosa.

This is not the first time we have talked to you about this film directed by Isaki Lacuesta and Pol Rodriguez and awarded at the Malaga Festival. A musical drama that (not) it is a movie about The Planets, the veteran band from Granada responsible for hits such as A Good Day, Nightmare in the Amusement Park, What Can I Do or Generational Anthem No. 83.

Directed by Nuri Bilge Ceylan, the turkish On the Dry Grass is the last of the films premiering in May that we propose. The film takes us to a small and remote town with a predominantly Kurdish population, somewhere in eastern Turkey. There Samet teaches classes in a provincial school.
