- 2 “L” size eggs at room temperature
- 50g milk

Step by step: how to prepare the sponge cake
- Preparing the plums: Wash the greengage plums, dry them thoroughly and cut them in half to remove the stone. Then divide each half in two, making quarters. Reserve the pieces for final assembly.
