Manage the return

To return one or more products, the first step is to manage the return. Access "My orders" On the website or mobile app, select the order that includes the items you want to return and click “Return or Replace Items.”

Follow the on-screen instructions, choose the return method and Asos will present you with the return form that you must attach to your package for the return to be effective.

Please note that if you choose to make the return with Celeritas, your barcode will expire 15 days after you create it.

ASOS will review all items and if they are happy with the condition in which they are returned, they will accept the return and proceed to process the refund. If they are not happy with the refund, they may reject it, but will always inform you of this.
